• W.I.P. WORK IN PROCESS: SCONFINAMENTI E CONFINI

pastificio_lab#5 hosted a stage of the project W.I.P. Work in Process, supported by Teatri di Vetro Festival, Pensieri di Cartapesta and C.Re.S.Co. The event, titled Sconfinamenti e confini, included the participation of Federico Bomba – author and director of the Sineglossa company in Ancona – in conversation with Stefano Velotti, Associate Professor of Aesthetics at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”; Andrea Moneta, architect and lecturer in Set Design at the Faculty of Architecture at “La Sapienza”; Leonardo Delogu, performer and director; Silvia Marsano, coordinator of the Volume! Foundation; and Lorenzo Cascelli, editor-in-chief of the online magazine Pensieri di Cartapesta. The event reflected on the relationship between theatre, the visual arts and performance, questioning the conventional categories of space and time applied to live performance.

Supported by MIBAC, the Lazio Region and the XI° Municipality of Rome, in collaboration with the Romaeuropa Foundation and the Palladium Theatre of the University of Rome “Tre,” this segment of W.I.P. Work in Process was also an educational seminar for the students of the University of Rome “La Sapienza,” who – together with the editorial staff of Pensieri di Cartapesta – curated the talks, held at various spaces in the San Lorenzo neighbourhood (including Cinema Palazzo, Libreria Assaggi, La Scatola dell’Arte, Art Core Gallery).
