Flavio Misciattelli was born in Rome in 1973.
Graduated in Scienze della Comunicazione, he is the president of Pastificio Cerere Fonundation, that was founded in 2004 for pursue and exalt artistic and cultural realities that animated Pastificio’s spaces from Seventies.
In 2009 Flavio Misciattelli inaugurated also the Restaurant Pastificio San Lorenzo in the ex industrial building.
